Distinguished Service Award

The basic requirement for eligibility to be given a Distinguished Service Award is outstanding service to the Society in a leadership position (e.g., president). The designation of Distinguished service person is determined by a simple majority of the Board of Directors (with at least 25% of the Directors voting). Nominations for the Distinguished Service Award are made through the Nominating Committee.

Well Being & Public Policy Workshop

OECD-Universities Joint Conference

The conference explores the Beyond GDP agenda, the implications of wellbeing for policy as well as understanding and measurement.

Final deadline for abstracts is 20 May 2013 and for Receipt of payment 1 JUNE 2013.

Good quality contributions in Social Science as well as Economics are VERY welcome! The Oxford based Foundation for Knowledge Exchange (OFKE) will award a Prize of 300 Euros for the best contributed conference presentation if it feels appropriate.
